And that’s why we started Chesterfield Group. So that we could work with talented, clever people, for clients we relate well with, doing interesting work, delivering great outcomes, providing all business solutions in one place.

We are not only academically qualified – we have experience that demonstrates we can apply what we've learned.

We cover industries as broad as transport, architecture, property development, engineering, education, retail, wholesale, mining, personal services, financial services and primary producers.

We look after success stories and help the not so successful onto the road to success.

We are as happy and dedicated to our work when we help that first home buyer with their conveyance as we are negotiating terms on contracts for millions of dollars or negotiating with the Tax Office for the remission of $1m in general interest charges. The same philosophy applies to all clients – excellence.

The point of having a multidiscipline practice is that our clients have a sense of professional security with Chesterfield Group. We care for all areas of their business needs either internally or by sourcing an appropriate professional.

As a multidisciplinary practice, we are able to draw on the experience of other practice areas within the Chesterfield Group and provide professional advice across a diverse range of issues, while containing costs, meeting deadlines and achieving the best commercial outcome for our clients.

All of the Chesterfield Group people have had the advantage of a good education and good work experience. We very much see the importance of giving back to the community and assisting others achieve their dreams.

To that end, we support our team in their voluntary roles including:

• the board of Open Minds, a not for profit organisation assisting people with mental illness and acquired brain injury;
• the advisory council of Metropolitan South Institute of TAFE,
• the management committee for Caxton Legal Centre, a community legal service,
• the Divisional Council of CPA Australia, Queensland Division, the peak accounting body in Australia.

We financially support the Queensland University of Technology to support people without means to attend university and we support a number of children in third world countries.

And when we have the opportunity, would like to venture further into the area of support for young disadvantaged people.
